COMPETITION LAW ENFORCEMENT AND COVID-19:
DEVELOPMENTS IN CENTRAL EUROPE
WEBINAR SERIES IN ENGLISH
In this series of webinars, expert practitioners and NCA representatives guide us through the latest developments in competition law in Central Europe, whose prospects are then discussed with the help of an academic. The seminars will outline similarities and divergences in the approaches taken by the Central-European NCAs, and analyse the upcoming challenges to an effective protection of competition in the region after the Covid-19 economic crisis. The topics discussed will include: NCAs enforcement priorities, collaboration among competitors, crisis cartels, as well as market changes (such as changes in distribution models) which are of relevance for competition law.
