Přihlašování na mezinárodní konferenci “European Constitutionalism and the Virus of Distrust” – 27. a 28. dubna 2022

Katedra ústavního práva bude ve dnech 27. až 28. dubna na fakultě pořádat mezinárodní konferenci “European Constitutionalism and the Virus of Distrust”, která se zaměří zejména na následující témata:

• liberal democracy and its rivals
• traditional origins of constitutionalism and their legitimacy in the present day
• liberal constitutionalism and the battles of past centuries
• covid-19 and (dis)trust, vaccination, reservation of conscience
• identity, migration and nation
• legality and legitimacy of the “new” human rights

Jako keynote řečníci vystoupí prof. Daniel Halberstam a prof. Christopher McCrudden z University of Michigan a prof. Renáta Uitz ze Central European University.
