Success of Our Students at Czechoslovak Round of Student Research and Professional Activities Competition
After the remote year in 2020, the Czechoslovak round of Student Research and Professional Activities (SVOČ) competition was held in hybrid form in 2021. It was again organised by the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, which is celebrating the 100th anniversary of its foundation this year. There were nine competition categories (eight for students in master’s study programmes, and one for doctoral students). In total, students from seven law schools took part in the competition, four from the Czech Republic (Prague, Brno, Pilsen, Olomouc), and three from Slovakia (Bratislava, Trnava, Košice). The Faculty of Law of Charles University was represented by 24 competitors who succeeded in the faculty round of the SVOČ competition, which took place in spring this year.
