We are excited to invite all students to attend an upcoming lecture by Professor Elisa Fornalé on "Sea level rise and human rights protection"

Her current project, "Framing Environmental Degradation, Human Mobility and Human Development as a Matter of Common Concern", seeks to identify the climate-mobility nexus change through a pilot case study in the Small Pacific Island States. Professor Fornalé brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this important topic.

Professor Fornalé is a highly esteemed academic, with a law degree from the University of Trento and a PhD in law from the University of Palermo. She is a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) Professor at the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, and specializes in international law, climate change, human mobility, and human rights.
