Open hiring procedure at the Department of Civil Law

invites applicants to take part in an  

open hiring procedure regarding vacancies corresponding to two full-time positions as an academic

(lecturer or assistant professor) at the Department of Civil Law. 

Requirements: 

• Completed university degree in law and jurisprudence; 
• Completed or ongoing doctoral study (Ph.D. degree); 
• Pedagogical and research experience in substantive civil law; 
• Czech language proficiency at C1 level required; 
• Provable competence in one international language required;  
• Publications focusing on substantive civil law;  
• Experience in formulating, obtaining and solving grant projects is an advantage. 

Expected commencement of work: October 2023 

Applicants are to submit: 

• An application for the position (in the form of a letter); 
• Professional curriculum vitae; 
• Documents proving completion of their university education and titles awarded;  
• An outline of their teaching and research experience;  
• A list of publications;
